Day 1

  1. PGRHA Ranch Reining Trot Pattern A
  • Open to any Horse/Rider combination who has never competed in a judged reining class, prior to January 1, 2001.
  • Running Martingale optional
  • Two handed optional Non pro
  1. PGHRA Beginner Reining Pattern B Modified
  • Open to any Horse/Rider combination who has never won first place in this class or a more advanced class, prior to January 1, 2001. Non pro
  • Running Martingale optional
  • Two handed optional Non pro
  1. PGHRA Beginner Reining Pattern C Modified
  • Open to any Horse/Rider combination who has never won first place in this class or a more advanced class. Non pro
  • Running Martingale optional
  • Two handed optional
  1. PGRHA Youth Beginner Reining Pattern B Modified
  • Open to any horse/youth combination who has not won a first place in this class or a more advanced class. Non-pro.

  • Open to any horse in the first calendar year of training, under saddle

  • Open to any beginner horse/rider combination
  • Running Martingale optional
  • Two handed optional
  1. Minimum of one large circle and one small circle in each direction at the lope.
  2. Minimum of 2 Spins in each direction
  3. Minimum of one stop and back up
  4. 2 minute time limit
  1. PGRHA Youth Intermediate Reining Pattern E Modified
  • Open to any horse/youth combination
  • Non-pro.

  • Two handed optional
  1. PGRHA Intermediate Open Reining Pattern F Modified
  • Open to any horse/rider combination
  • No Running Martingale
  • Two handed optional

  • Open to any intermediate horse/rider combination

  • Required Maneuvers

  • Never placed 1st in one handed
